What if I have questions about my size?

Do you accept refunds?

We do not accept any refunds. All sales are FINAL! However, if there are any issues don’t hesitate to contact us at info@ifearlessco.com and we will try to help you to the best of our ability. 

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes, we accept exchanges! However, they are based strict conditions. In which, processed exchanges will receive store credit only. 

Can I use my store credit with another site?

No, store credit received with I.Fearless Co., is not affiliated with any other site and any store credit received can only be used with I.Fearless Co.

What if my item is damaged when I receive it?

 All items will be inspected thoroughly by multiple personnel to ensure there are no damages nor defects. However, if there is an issue with the product pertaining to damages and defects, please contact us at sales@ifearlessco.com . Items could possibly be damaged during transit of delivery. If we are ever unable to provide help as it pertains to damages during transit, please contact the carrier you chose within the shipping option. 

Can I exchange items that I used a coupon for?

Items that were purchased with a promotional code, discount code, or were on sale are all considered as FINAL sales.

On what conditions can I be approved for an exchange?

It is important to note that upon receiving your package, that’s it is quite crucial to CHECK THE INVOICE FOR ACCURACY of both size and color. If there happens to be any discrepancy of the size/color you purchased, please email us at sales@ifearlessco.com within 3 days of the delivery date, so that we may began the process of exchange.

The Tag MUST STILL BE ATTACHED! 

What is the exchange process?

We must be notified within 3 days of you receiving your package by email at shop@ifearless.co of any discrepancies such as but not excluded to size or color. The item must be returned NO LATER THAN 14 days from the time your package was delivered. 

Will I.Fearless Co. pay for the return shipping charges?

Depending upon the circumstances, we do not cover return shipping charges. 

When will I receive my store credit to I.Fearless Co.?

The exchange must first BE APPROVED via email at sales@ifearlessco.com The item must then be returned and upon I.Fearless Co. receiving your package. Your exchange will  then be processed as store credit within 24 hours. You shall receive an email when your store credit has been added to your account. 

Can I use my store credit for discounted items?

No! store credit CANNOT be used for discounted items. 

What if my purchase exceeds the store credit amount?

If an item exceeds the amount of store credit on your account, you shall responsible for paying the remainder of the costs.

Will my shipping charges be included in the store credit?

No, store credit is only processed from product actual price, shipping charges are EXCLUDED from this.
